When does the bot start sending links?
After you choose a plan and the payment is confirmed. You can connect your bot and channels before you pay. Going live needs an active plan. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Is there a limit on members or how often someone can leave and rejoin?
No. Members are unlimited, and a person can join and leave Channel 1 as many times as they like. They get a fresh, working Channel 2 link every time they leave.
Will everyone who leaves get my Channel 2 link?
Only people Telegram lets your bot message. A bot can message people who have started it. The Channel 1 join link asks them to tap a button in your bot before they are approved, so they can be reached later. People who joined through older links, or who block the bot, can't be messaged. The dashboard shows those counts honestly.
Do you need my phone number or Telegram login code?
No. You log in with Telegram and paste a bot token from @BotFather. Channels are picked inside your bot. We do not ask for a phone code.
What happens if I cancel or don't renew?
If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded. You can undo the cancellation before that date. If a renewal payment fails and you did not cancel, there are 7 days of grace and then a short pause. Your data is kept, and paying again turns everything back on.
Can I use one account for several channel pairs?
Each account is exactly one channel pair and one bot.
What do I see about my members?
Counts, charts, and a recent-activity list that shows each member as a first name and last initial, for example "Priya S.". Usernames and Telegram IDs are not shown on your dashboard or in exports.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment, once billing is switched on. Add your GSTIN on the billing profile to have it printed on the invoice. Prices shown here exclude 18% GST.
